Accounts and Contracts Administrator (1.0 FTE)

Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) is the Primary Health Organisation for the Nelson Tasman region. PHOs lead and coordinate primary health care within the local community. Our premises are located in Richmond.

ACCOUNTS & CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced accounts professional to work for our small and busy team.

 

The role involves a variety of accounting and contract administrative functions such as:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Bank reconciliations

  • General Ledger reconciliations

  • Supporting the administration process of all contracts for the organisation

  • General accounts administration  

The successful candidate will have solid and current accounting and administration experience, be proficient using MYOB and MS Office, and display excellent communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail is essential.
